Our Team Members

Our champions of care and the soul of our organization, our team members keep the place running. Whether they’re working at the front counter making a guest smile or in the kitchen making a guest’s meal perfect, this team makes working and dining at Chick-fil-A Corsicana a remarkable experience

Our Trainers

Our trainers protect our high standards and make sure our team is always well equipped with the knowledge to serve the guest best. They are champions at coaching and giving feedback.

Our Team Leaders

Operations are in safe hands with our team leaders who make executive decisions during the shifts. They protect our culture while ensuring shifts run smoothly and efficiently.

Our Supervisors

Guided by the philosophy of “strong systems, not strong people,” supervisors break down complex processes into simple systems that are easily replicable and scalable. In addition, they collaborate with team leaders to oversee team member development.

 

Our Directors

With a multi-faceted business, accountability is even more important. Our directors watch over different departments of our business. They devise the strategies the team will follow to achieve results in their respectives department and oversee the development of the leadership team they serve.

Our Operator

Dawn casts the vision for where we’re headed as an organization. She is passionate about growing herself and the people in her life to reach their full potential. Dawn spends most of her week either inside the restaurant, serving her team and her guests, or in the community, finding more ways to make an impact there. Her favorite part of the job? Working in operations with her team members and competing with them to see if she’s still got it. (She does.)

What’s in the name?

Why we call ourselves “Champions.”

“Living our purpose faithfully is  how we maximize our impact on the people we serve. It’s how we win. Whether it’s by maintaining 100% accuracy on our orders or making a guest smile by passing out flowers on Valentine’s Day, “winning” for us means finding ways to gift our guests and each other these surprising, delightful experiences. Little moments of joy for our guests are big victories for us.

When we call each other “Champions,” we’re reminding each other that winning is not just what we do—it’s who we are. By calling our teammates “Champions,” we also  encourage each other when we fall short. It’s an effective way to remind us of who we are in moments of adversity. Because ultimately, we’re still champions—and champions always bounce back.”
